IAM Development and Support Consultant
Our client is seeking talented IAM Development and Support Consultant to join our security team and assist in the development and support of IBM Security Identity and Access Management solutions to our clients, both pre and post- implementation.
The consultant will be responsible for providing development and operation support, troubleshooting and triaging issues, monitoring system health, deploying enhancements, hot fixes and fix packs, performing configuration changes in the production and other environments and coordinating with key stakeholders from IT operations, business teams and/or third party vendors.
The consultant will need to perform user identity administration as well as maintenance of user security roles and profiles. The consultant will need to provide analytical and technical guidance to the team and recommend and/or take action to direct the analysis and solutions required.
Experience with IBM Tivoli Access Manager (TAM), Tivoli Federated Identity Management (TFIM) and IBM Tivoli Identity Manager (TIM).
8+ years of software design and development, including at least 3 years developing custom software for large scale Identity and Access Management technologies
5+ years of relevant hands-on technical management experience of software developers/system administrators/architects as well as a record of individual technical achievement developing custom applications Advanced security certifications a plus (CISSP Preferred)
Expert knowledge of three or more of the following technologies: Directory Services, Authentication/Authorization, Access Provisioning, Access Review, Public Key Infrastructure, Single Sign On, and Federation.
The candidate must have hands-on experience developing and deploying large-scale enterprise Identity & Access Management solutions.
Fluency in more than one technology stack and expertise in several of the following: C, C++, Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlet, EJB, Application (Client/Server), Web Services, WS-Security, SAML, HTML, XML, XSLT, SOAP, MQ Series, LDAP
Experience with DB2, SQL Server, Oracle, or other enterprise-class RDBMS Expert Knowledge in Operating Systems like Window, AIX, Linux
Expert knowledge in Upgrades, Performance tuning & troubleshooting. Expert knowledge in Multi-Factor Authentication.
Ability to Integrate RBAC, PIM with Identity Management Solution Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to work across a broad range of technologies to deliver complex solutions Demonstrated ability to effectively coordinate multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Ability to articulate complex technical issues with both technicians and clients
